How I Work
Start with the question, not the solution.
Rigorous problem definition before solution space. The fastest path to the wrong answer is skipping this step.
Instrument before you ship.
If you can't measure it, you can't learn from it. Measurement gets built into every initiative from day one, not retrofitted after launch.
Treat the team like the product.
Great output requires healthy team dynamics, clear ownership, and the psychological safety to call out when something isn’t working. I invest in that as seriously as I invest in the roadmap.
Fast iterations beat perfect plans.
Especially in ambiguous spaces, a well-run experiment teaches more than a month of strategy decks. Ship, measure, decide.
Driving user loyalty through rapid experimentation
What happens when two experimentation-obsessed PMs team up to fundamentally change how their teams work? A detailed playbook on loyalty zones, the Build-Measure-Learn cycle, and why the chunky smoothie phase is worth it.

I’ve learned so much from watching how she attacks a problem—she goes from high-level to tactical in just a few minutes. She’s a fantastic communicator, strategic thinker and storyteller. I’m inspired by the fact that she isn’t afraid to make a decision quickly, driven by data and an experimentation-first approach. Plus she has a strong gut instinct built from her experience that has been so great to witness first hand. And lastly, she makes space in the rooms she’s in for others.
Brenda is remarkable in both Product Management skills and people management. She is very good at gleaning insights from data and user feedback, assessing multiple opportunities, and identifying the right challenges to tackle. She is an all-around Product superstar who would be an asset to any company—and I would be honored to have a chance to work with her again.
